Global Blended Temperature Product

The blended satellite and in-situ temperature product above shows two large anomalies across the Northern Hemisphere. Cooler than average conditions were observed across much of central and eastern Canada into the central part of the United States. Additional cool anomalies were observed across portions of the Australia, India and Mexico. In contrast, larger warm anomalies were noted across much of central Russia into Mongolia, the western part of the United States and across a large portion of central Europe.
